A note about our property...
Bear Lake Lodgings is a shared property, and reserving either unit—or both units together—does not provide exclusive use of the entire property. Our family lives on-site, and we’ll be available if you have questions, need recommendations, or want local insight to help make the most of your Alaska adventure.
We use the existing office/staff kitchen and bathroom within the main house as our private family space and food-preparation area for the breakfast offerings provided during your stay. The attached garage is also a shared-use space, used by both guests and our family for laundry and dry storage of breakfast supplies. Please respect these shared areas and do not take or use items that do not belong to you.
Both the office/kitchen area and the garage are locked off from guest-accessible areas, so their use should not interfere with your stay or your enjoyment of the property.
