With magnificent views of Bear Lake and the surrounding mountains, the new Bear Lake Deck Suite with Kitchen is the perfect complement to your Alaskan sojourn. This apartment-style vacation rental suite is two stories, with a fully stocked kitchenette & dining area, a separate bedroom, a sitting area and 1.5 private baths.

The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal on the road: full-size stove and oven unit, fridge and microwave, as well as utensils, pots and pans and dishes. Guests are asked not to cook fish, or other strong odor foods such as curry or cajun seasonings in this kitchen as a courtesy to the other guests. An outdoor grill is provided on a separate deck for grilling fish.

A private stairway from the 1st floor kitchen goes up to additional guest room spaces.  The second floor features a separate bedroom with a king bed and memory foam mattress topper.  Additionally, is a separate sitting area with a full-size sleeper couch – allowing for one adult, or one to two children to share the sleeper couch. There is an additional option for a rollaway bed to be set up within the bedroom if guests prefer to utilize the living area during their stay. 

All bedding includes down comforters and luxury linens for your comfort on cooler Alaskan nights.  The suite features a bathroom with shower downstairs and a half-bath upstairs.

The suite also features a flat-screen TV upstairs, expandable kitchen table with chairs, and access to the outdoor private deck, with stairs to the lawn and lake access.

Prices are based on double occupancy; additional guests are $55 per person up to a maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. This is a family-friendly suite and the occupancy of 4 is intended for a couple with children between 12-18 years old, not two adult couples. Families with children under the age of 12 allowed only with prior approval from the B&B owners.
